As we expand our global digital footprint, were looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and creatively inclined Digital Merchandiser to own and execute the day-to-day digital merchandising experience.Reporting to the Director for E-commerce, the Digital Merchandiser plays a key role in translating merchandising strategy into a compelling digital product experience. With a sharp focus on conversion & user experience, this individual will ensure that every product is launched on time, presented accurately, merchandised effectively & supported through navigation, content, campaigns, and on-going optimization. This role sites at the intersection of merchandising, content, creative, marketing and operations and play a critical role in aligning stakeholders, establishing scalable processes, and executing flawlessly across all digital touchpoints.Some of what you'll do:Product Presentation (45%) Merchandise the website across homepage, landing pages, and navigation (L1/L2/L3) to maximize product visibility, conversion, and user experience.Curate product assortments for homepage features, email campaigns, and paid media in alignment with commercial priorities and inventory availability.Partner with Marketing and Studio teams on e-commerce product imagery creative direction, ensuring onbrand and commercially effective assets.Product launch readiness (35%)Own ecommerce product launch readiness by ensuring product data, imagery, pricing, categorization, and merchandising rules are complete, accurate & approved prior to go live. Execute product launches, seasonal drops, and promotional moments by managing merchandising updates across navigation, onsite placements, and supporting campaign.Lead endtoend product setup in Shopify, ensuring all product data, pricing, variants, categorization, and merchandising rules are flawlessly executed before golive.Performance Optimization (20%)Ensure accuracy and integrity of all product information on site, including pricing, descriptions, attributes, and imagery, through rigorous QA and validation.Analyze the impact of merchandising initiatives on key KPIs, including Add to Cart rate and Average Order Value, and apply insights to continuously optimize assortments, placements, and campaign execution.Some of what you'll need:Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in fashion or luxury retailStrong command of Shopify and merchandising best practicesComfortable working with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or platform reporting) to evaluate merchandising performance and support optimization.Strong understanding of online merchandising best practices, including product presentation, categorization, and campaign support.Analytical and creative thinker; comfortable balancing data with designHighly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlinesProactive mindset with a collaborative, can-do attitudeWhy Join Us?At Moose Knuckles, youll be part of a global brand rewriting the rules of modern luxury.
