Our client, a prominent broader public sector institution in British Columbia, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) to join their team.This role will lead large-scale, complex enterprise software implementations as part of the Transformation programme. You will oversee the full project lifecyclefrom discovery through implementationensuring alignment with the long-term Enterprise CRM roadmap.This is a permanent, long-term opportunity to drive digital transformation in a high-visibility role. It is hybrid 2-3 days in Vancouver ; compensation includes solid benefits and pension in addition to base salary. What Youll DoLead the Graduate Student Experience Transformation project within a unified Salesforce Education Cloud environmentPartner with the Salesforce Platform Lead to define and execute the long-term Enterprise CRM rollout strategyManage the full project lifecycle, including scope, sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting of implementation plansOversee procurement activities, including RFIs/RFPs and vendor selection for large-scale SaaS implementation partnersMaintain and manage RAID logs, identifying risks early and developing autonomous mitigation strategiesLead cross-functional teams and bridge gaps between central IT and decentralized academic unitsManage complex inter-dependencies between Salesforce release cycles, vendor updates, and university timelinesWork on SOWs and RFPs to select vendors Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement and quality objectives are metWhat You Bring10+ years of Senior PM experience leading complex enterprise software implementationsProven, recent experience managing Salesforce implementations (Education Cloud or Service Cloud preferred)Demonstrated success in a 'Problem Solver' capacity, managing project friction and risks with minimal escalationMastery of project monitoring and control, maintaining rigorous health metrics and data integrityExperience working in Public Sector or Higher Education environments an assetExpertise in managing hybrid delivery models involving both internal staff and external implementation partnersStrong background in procurement, budget development, and financial managementActive PMP designation is required; Salesforce Associate or Cloud Strategy certifications are a significant assetProfessional experience with COTS systems, data migration, and enterprise-wide systems integrationApply today to get the conversation started.
