Leveraging advanced technology such as CAD programs and automated tools for takeoffs, schedules, and shop drawings, we streamline the project process to reduce errors and enhance efficiency. Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), D8 also provides non-union installation services with the convenience of integrated supply and project management. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role located in Scarborough, ON. The Office Manager will oversee office operations, manage scheduling, and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflows. Responsibilities include organizing office activities, managing correspondence and documentation, maintaining office supplies, supporting customer service functions, and supervising office equipment usage. Additionally, the Office Manager will support internal teams to meet project deadlines effectively while fostering a professional and collaborative office environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to manage client relations and maintain a positive office environment.Experience with Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.Proficiency in managing and maintaining Office Equipment and tools used for administrative tasks.Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with industry-specific software is an advantage.Previous experience in the construction or hardware industry is a plus.Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
