From high-volume core models to industry leading EVs, Kia continues to gain market share and redefine consumer perception.Located in one of British Columbias strongest automotive markets, North Shore Kia is positioned for significant continued growth with an established customer base, strong brand recognition, and substantial opportunity to further scale operations.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly operational, process-driven General Manager to lead the dealership through its next phase of growth.This role is ideal for a proven General Sales Manager, Assistant General Manager, or current General Manager with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable performance improvements through strong leadership, accountability, and process execution.The successful candidate will bring deep variable operations expertise, exceptional sales leadership, and the ability to define, implement, and maintain high-performance processes across the dealership.
