Insight Global is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join one of our multidisciplinary clinic in the GTA that focuses on active rehabilitation and wellness.Title - Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Location: Vaughan, ONJob Type: Open to Full time or part timeCompensation: 60/40 split with room to grow up to 70/30. The clinic covers all overhead, including supplies, bookings, administration, and all logistics surrounding the appointments. Clinic OverviewJoin a thriving, multidisciplinary clinic in the GTA that focuses on active rehabilitation and wellness. We are not a spa; our clinic is dedicated to treating active adults, athletes, and individuals dealing with rehab-focused issues from sports such as golf, pickleball, tennis, and cycling to other rehab activities.We work as a close-knit, collaborative team of 14 practitioners offering services in chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, traditional Chinese acupuncture, podiatry, and medical care. We are looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented RMT to help expand our practice. Day to DayClient Care & Scheduling: Manage a schedule of 4 to 5 patients per shift. You will be scheduled for a 5-hour shift, remaining on-site to build your roster, even in the event of late cancellations.Patient Interaction: Provide high-quality therapeutic, deep tissue, and rehabilitation massage treatmentstailoring care to a highly active patient demographic.Clinic Integration: Collaborate and cross-refer with our multidisciplinary team of practitioners.Charting & Administration: Utilize the Jane app for scheduling, charting, and practice management (15 minutes of turnaround time is provided between clients). ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Treatment: Evaluate patient conditions and develop customized treatment plans focused on injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, and athletic performance.Relationship Building: Actively build and retain a strong patient roster, fostering long-term relationships with clients and referring practitioners.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical records.Facility Support: Maintain a clean and organized workspace (clinic supplies, including linens and oils, are fully managed and provided by the clinic). Required SkillsLicensing: Graduate of a recognized Canadian college and holds a valid, active RMT license in good standing within the province.Jane App Experience: Proficiency using the Jane app for booking, charting, and managing daily appointments.Commitment: A strong desire for long-term professional growth and commitment to a permanent clinic home.Team Player: An enthusiastic, collaborative, and team-oriented approach to patient care.Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including one late evening shift (up to 8:00 PM) and alternating Saturdays. Nice to HaveSpecialized Certifications: Additional training in myofascial release, sport-specific massage, postpartum/prenatal care, or Active Release Technique (ART).Experience: Prior experience working with athletic populations or in a rehabilitation
