This role will support large-scale healthcare and ICT transformation initiatives, with a focus on regulatory compliance, clinical systems, and enterprise-level analysis. ResponsibilitiesLead business and systems analysis activities, including documentation of current and future state processesIdentify capability gaps and develop actionable recommendations to support project objectivesConduct gap analysis on ICT systems to ensure alignment with provincial/state regulatory requirementsDevelop detailed business, functional, and system requirements to support compliance and transformation initiativesFacilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions with clinical, operational, and technical teamsSupport implementation and optimization of electronic patient record (EPR) systems, including clinical documentation standardizationContribute to healthcare portal implementations supporting primary care and patient/client enrolmentProvide leadership and mentorship to analysts and project team membersCollaborate with project managers, architects, and clinical stakeholders to ensure successful deliveryParticipate in large-scale public health initiatives, including systems supporting disease surveillance and managementQualificationsDegree or Diploma in Computer Science or Software DevelopmentCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation is requiredPRINCE2 Practitioner certification is requiredRequired Skills & Experience15+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, including:Documenting current and future state business processesIdentifying capability gaps within complex project environments5+ years of experience in a leadership role (Project Manager, Team Lead, or Lead Analyst), providing direction and oversight to team members3+ years of experience performing gap analysis on ICT systems to ensure compliance with provincial or state regulatory requirements1+ year of experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of products in an acute care setting1+ year of experience developing requirements for the standardization of clinical documentation within an electronic patient record (EPR) system at a provincial, regional, or state-wide level3+ years of experience implementing healthcare portal solutions supporting primary care clinics and client enrolment1+ year of experience analyzing large-scale systems for public health surveillance and disease managementCriminal background check is requiredAt Aplin together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
