You will work closely with the agent and the Operations & Transaction Coordinator to support listing activity, seller communication, showing feedback, MLS listing management, CMA preparation, email management, calendar coordination, and listing logistics.The right person is proactive, professional, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.About the AgentYou will be supporting a high-volume Calgary real estate agent with a strong listing-based business and a high standard of client service. The role is designed to help keep the listing and client care side of the business organized, responsive, and well-managed.This is not a sales role.
