Company DescriptionProvisions Food Agency creates original, creative, outside-the-box culinary experiences for clients who care about quality, detail, and execution.We are chef-built, event-driven, and growing into a new era.About the OpportunityWe are hiring a Head Chef to help lead our kitchen through an exciting stage of growth.Provisions is expanding into a brand-new 4,000 sq. ft. facility in Toronto and building a kitchen that any chef would be proud to work in. Our new space will include a double-stack Rational oven, Rational iVario Pro, brand-new 8-burner range, griddle, steam kettle, fully separate pastry section, and a dedicated chefs office.This role is an important part of where were going next.Role DescriptionThe Head Chef will lead day-to-day culinary operations, food quality, kitchen organization, prep planning, production flow, team leadership, event readiness, food safety, ordering, inventory, costing, and recipe execution.You will work closely with ownership, pastry, logistics, event producers, and the client experience team to ensure every event is organized, thoughtful, and executed to a high standard.Who Were Looking For:Were looking for a chef who is passionate about serving the very best.Someone rigorous in structure, organization, and standards.
