Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and servant-leader-oriented Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing development teams. In this role, you will guide teams in adopting Scrum principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products efficiently.Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives)Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practicesIdentify and remove impediments that may hinder team progressPromote collaboration and effective communication within the team and with stakeholdersTrack and report on team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts)Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and prioritizationFoster a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityEnsure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and organizational standardsAssist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams if applicableQualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworkExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teamsKnowledge of scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
