Coordinate the final disposal of End-of-Term (EOT) Company Car vehicles through auctions or sale to dealers. Assist the Remarketing Manager with PVT reconciliation and EOT disposal. This position reports to the Manager, Vehicle Logistics.RESPONSIBILITIESA) Coordinate the company car, employee lease programs and Affiliate Lease programs by:Soliciting vehicle orders from departments, employees and affiliates, compiling, and tracking ordersCoordinating the timely preparation of vehicles including PDI and licensing Arranging delivery of the vehicle to the employee or required location(s)Advising Accounting and our insurance carrierMaintaining accurate and updated Company Car usage reportsCoordinating and submitting for approval Company Car prep invoicing from dealers in an efficient manner to ensure timely reimbursements.B) Coordinate the End-of-Term (EOT) vehicles by:Monitoring the timing of EOT vehiclesLiaising with the Remarketing Manager on surveying, pricing, and coordinating transport of turned-in units to dealers or various auction locationsC) Continually monitor the physical movement of all vehicles including company car vehicles in Canada by: Ensuring the timely shipment and delivery of vehicles by analyzing daily reports providedBeing proactive to avoid unnecessary delays.D) Coordinate and monitor vehicle damages by: Assessing and working with our insurance company and dealer on the repair, reimbursement and costing of damaged company vehiclesEnsure the prompt reimbursement from the responsible parties and liaise with accounting to properly book.E) Other sundry duties as requiredTYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE3 5 years professional experienceOrganizational and time management skillsExcellent administrative skills and process orientationHigh attention to detail and meticulous executionStrong communication skills comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
