Si ce poste vous intresse, postulez ci-dessous pour avoir la chance de rejoindre une entreprise o il fait bon travailler.PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITS : Fournir un soutien administratif gnral, notamment : gestion de lagenda, organisation de divers types de runions, planification des dplacements, traitement des notes de frais, suivi des courriels. Effectuer le suivi des tches ou courriels ncessitant des actions, approbations ou relances. Prparer les lments ncessaires aux discussions rgulires. Prparer et soumettre tous les rapports de dpenses, classer et assurer le suivi des factures au besoin. Grer et archiver les dossiers, y compris lensemble des courriels. Vrifier et payer les factures, les consigner et en assurer le suivi mensuel. Grer les activits lies tous les conseils dadministration. Fournir un soutien administratif gnral pour les runions du conseil et de consultation. Effectuer toutes autres tches et/ou projets demands.QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES : Jugement irrprochable et discrtion absolue dans la gestion dinformations confidentielles. Attitude positive et professionnelle. Niveau dnergie lev. Communicateur(trice) assur(e) avec dexcellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles. Grande attention aux dtails, trs bonne organisation et fort sens de lurgence. Autonome, indpendant(e) et proactif(ve), avec un fort sens des responsabilits et un excellent suivi. Capacit grer plusieurs tches simultanment et tablir les priorits. Attitude proactive ( can-do ) et dsir dapprendre de nouvelles choses. Capacit voluer dans un environnement dynamique et en constante volution. Ponctualit, flexibilit pour travailler au-del des heures normales au besoin, et mode hybride. Matrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint et Excel). Follow-up on tasks or emails that require action/approvals/follow ups. Prepare items for regular discussions. Prepare & submit all Expense reports, file and track invoices as required. Manage and archive files, including all emails. Review and pay invoices, log all invoices and do monthly follow through. Manage activities related to all boards. Provide general administrative support for Board and Consultancy meetings. Preforms all tasks and/or projects requested.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Unimpeachable judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. Positive and professional attitude. High energy level. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Great attention to detail and extremely organized with a strong sense of urgency. Self-directed, independent, and proactive work ethic; strong sense of ownership and follow through skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and knows how to prioritize these tasks. Can-do attitude & a desire to learn new things. Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment. Punctual, have flexibility to work beyond business hours as needed and hybrid. Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
