Job Title: FileNet Upgrade Test EngineerLocation: PCS CA- Canada- TORONTODuration: ContractYears of Experience: 5-7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled FileNet Upgrade Test Engineer to join our Technology & Innovation (T&I) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the FileNet ecosystem, This position requires a solid foundation in Business Process Management (BPM) and basic programming knowledge to effectively engage with custom plug-ins.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the T&I team to develop and execute test plans for the FileNet upgrade project. Conduct manual testing to ensure the functionality and performance of the upgraded FileNet system. Analyze and document test results, identifying any issues or discrepancies. Work closely with developers to understand the design and functionality of custom plug-ins. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements based on testing outcomes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and status updates. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience with FileNet and its ecosystem, including IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager.Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles and workflows.Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies.Basic programming knowledge to comprehend custom plug-in designs. Preferred Skills:Experience with automated testing tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-7 years of relevant experience in software testing, specifically with FileNet.
