As part of this growing team, you will be involved in meaningful work that combines great projects, great people, and a great environment your life and career will surely become an adventure.About the Role:The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.Responsibilities:Attend project meetings, conferences, corporate events, and training as required.Collaborate with VDC and Fab Shop teams.Coordinate vacation with site teams to ensure there is no overlap.Pre construction tag & hold.Find and develop team members qualities and skills to find the best suited position to maximize their abilities.Maintain consistent open communication with Site Supervisors and ensure quality work by doing regular site visits.Preparation of monthly progress billing and prepare monthly progress updates with upper management.Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other employees throughout the company.Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.Coordinate larger-scale projects.Attend job showings and meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.Estimating jobs, CCNs, Sis.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation including coordinating all deliveries of equipment and material in a timely manner.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Use and continually develop leadership skills.Cultivate client relations and client development.Sales What Youll Bring: Valid Journeyman Plumbers License or a background in mechanical engineering is an assetProven working experience in Project Management (minimum 2 years)Knowledge of construction terminology and provincial building codesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsBilingualism (English and French) is an assetWhat We Offer:Balanced work hoursCompetitive salary, benefits package, and pension plan Paid vacation time and sick/floater daysLaptopWork vehicle and cell phoneOpportunities for professional growth and development Additional Information:TPH Plumbing and Heating is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
