We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team as a lead analyst and system administrator for our Dynamics CRM instance. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating business needs into functional requirements, acting as a primary liaison between various departments and external partners.The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of marketing and sales practices, combined with the technical expertise required to configure, test, and maintain a robust CRM system. You will take a holistic view of the platform, ensuring it runs at maximum efficiency while leveraging data-driven insights to identify new growth opportunities.This is a Full-Time Contract position. The role is initially based on a hybrid schedule (requiring 3 days per week onsite) at our office in Toronto (Bloor West Village). Please note that effective March 2026, the role will transition to a fully office-based schedule of 5 days per week.ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & Support: Provide 1st level support and onboarding for CRM users across the organization, troubleshooting complex issues and managing user configurations.Strategy & Solution Development: Translate current and future business needs into functional requirements and Dynamics CRM solutions; collaborate on budgeting and project delivery.Integration & Maintenance: Analyze and assist with internal and external CRM system integrations while maintaining and enhancing CRM add-ons and applications.Workflow Optimization: Create and manage workflows to ensure system efficiency and partner with IT and Sales operations on annual licensing and ERP/system integrations.Training & Onboarding: Design, implement, and update CRM user training curriculum and testing protocols.Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular reporting, including CRM dashboards and monthly metrics for stakeholders; utilize internal and external data to identify new sales opportunities.Campaign Support: Partner with the Marketing team to support corporate initiatives and utilize the CRM for outbound lead management and email nurturing.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of experience administering a CRM system, with strong technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM and SaaS technology.Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Business Management or a related field.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas, 'If' statements), MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Analytical Skills: Proven ability to develop and run data queries against customer databases and provide actionable insights.Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to partner with all levels of an organization.Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently or as part of a team.Ready to make an impact?If you are a self-motivated CRM expert with a passion for data and system excellence, we encourage you to apply today!
