Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Senior Mineral Land Analyst on behalf of our client, a leader in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for reviewing, aligning, and maintaining mineral land records in CS Explorer in accordance with established data standards, procedures, and consistency manuals. The Senior Mineral Land Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of land data across the organizations land database.Working closely with the Mineral Lease & Contracts team, Land Negotiators, the Well Asset Management team, and A&D, this role ensures consistent application of the clients mineral land processes and contributes to continuous improvement of land administration practices.Location: Calgary, ABJob type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contractHere's why you should apply:Paid weekly accurate and on timeStrong health and safety programsMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsNew and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:Lead the land expiry process, including follow-up on expiries, continuations, and government/freehold notifications to Geologists, Negotiators, and partnersEnsure accurate interpretation and application of Saskatchewan Crown regulations and Freehold lease agreementsReview and align existing land records with internal data standards, procedures, and manualsSupport the development, enhancement, and documentation of land processes and proceduresRespond to internal and external land-related inquiries in a timely and professional mannerInvestigate and resolve complex land administration issues involving multiple challengesGenerate complex area land maps and extract land data from multiple systemsSupport Negotiators during Crown posting and Crown sale processesPrepare and submit caveats, withdrawals, discharges, and transfers of caveats with land titles offices and advise partners and freehold owners accordinglyWork independently on most assignments, seeking guidance for unusual or highly complex issuesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and accuracy across the land databaseQualifications and Skills:58 years of oil and gas land administration experienceGraduate of a recognized Land Administration or Land Management program (preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experienceActive member of LEMACStrong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with Core Land SystemsCS ExplorerExecuteGeoScoutStackDXSAPISCIRISMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
