Strategic Account Sales Lead, Software & AI ServicesLocation: North AmericaTravel : Required up to 50%Job Summary:As a Strategic Account Sales Lead for Software & AI Services in North America, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of SST's software development, AI development, engineering services business by identifying and securing new business opportunities with key customers. You will be responsible for identifiying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with strategic technology accounts such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, NVIDA and other high-growth customers. This role will focus on expanding SST's software development, AI development, engineering services, PoC opportunities by working closely with the customers' team. You will build executive and working-level relationships, understand each account's organization, strategy, technology roadmap, and decision-making process, and create new opportunities that drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Meet prescribed sales quotas and monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.Build and maintain account plans, including customer organization maps, stakeholder maps, opportunity roadmaps, competitive landscape, and action plans in the North America region. Establish, build, and manage multi-level relationships with customers and their partner organizations.Develop and present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.Manage business opportunity pipelines to ensure tracking the opportunity status and forecasting revenues to produce reports in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external partners when needed, to structure competitive delivery models for software and AI development projects.Have a comprehensive understanding of both the customers businesses and their market competitors to ensure that effective strategic proposals are provided. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in software service sales or a related field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience developing business with Big Tech, cloud service providers, platform companies, or large enterprise technology customers is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Experience in engineering services, software outsourcing, or professional services business models is referred. Ability to understand customer technical needs and translate them into software, AI, and engineering service proposals.Strong analytical, self-motivated, and problem-solving capabilities.Willingness to travel as needed.Fluent verbal and written professional communication in English.Bachelors degree in business, marketing, a related field, or technical domain
