All screening is conducted internally by a member of the HR team and/or the hiring manager.PURPOSEThe Analyst, Data (Marketing) will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and marketing performance across Mitsubishis digital ecosystem. This role supports internal marketing teams and external partners by collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sourcesincluding websites, paid and organic channels, CRM systems, and ad-hoc reports.The ideal candidate is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and skilled at turning data into stories that inspire positive change, recommending actions that generate business outcomes. This role reports to the Manager, Marketing Operations.RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Collection & OrganizationGather data from digital platforms (web, paid and organic social, CRM, media tools, ad-hoc reports). Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and taxonomy alignment across all marketing channels.Develop datasets and visualizations (e.g., heatmaps, attribution models) that clarify digital customer journeys.Analysis & Insight Generation Assist the marketing team in identifying patterns, correlations or trends, and work alongside the Communications team on data-driven recommendations that will improve the performance and efficiency of digital campaigns.Analyze website digital journeys and campaign performance to identify insights that would maximize upper and lower funnel goals (awareness, consideration, conversion)Evaluate A/B test performance for creative, media, and landing page assets.Segment and assess audience clusters to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting & Data Storytelling Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) summarizing key performance metrics and recommendations.Present findings, insights, and recommendations through visual and concise reports (charts, graphs, tables)Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver data-driven recommendations that inform strategy.Tool Management & OptimizationOperate analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio Enterprise.Support optimization within digital platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, Search Ads 360).Maintain and improve tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks to ensure data consistency and KPI alignment.REQUIREMENTS:3 years of experience in Data Analytics and Digital marketingProven ability to extract, interpret, and present insights across multiple data sources.Strong knowledge of digital marketing KPIs, attribution, and optimization principles.Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Enterprise (or equivalent visualization tools).Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager), and paid media platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Meta, etc).Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a keen attention to detail.Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
