Orientation and ongoing education are provided.We are particularly interested in individuals with experience or expertise in one or more of the following areas:Human Resources and Labour RelationsFinancial management or accountingLegal expertise (Health, Employment, Corporate, or Governance)Long-Term Care Redevelopment/Construction Project ManagementPublic Affairs and MarketingEqually important is sound judgement, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to community service. We are actively seeking individuals who live and/or work in North York and York Region.Commitments:Board participation is a volunteer role.
