Ruby on Rails Developer (6 MONTHS CONTRACT)CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR 3 RoR DEVELOPERS - THE ROLE IS 100% REMOTE. THE CONTRACT IS FOR 6 MONTHS WITH A POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION.As a Ruby on Rails Developer, youll play a key role in developing and delivering robust SaaS products hosted on AWS. Youll work closely with talented engineers, designers, and product managers to bring new features to life, solve complex challenges, and drive technological excellence across our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain medium-complexity technical solutions within your teams domain, under the guidance of senior engineers.Write high-quality, secure, production-ready software using modern technologiesprimarily within your technical focus area.Develop and execute thorough manual and automated testing plans, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate design and business requirements into practical technical solutions.Continuously research, propose, and implement new technologies and process improvements to keep our products on the cutting edge.Contribute to a data-driven, iterative engineering processsupporting experimentation and learning across solution components.Adapt quickly to new programming languages, frameworks, and tools as business needs evolve.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience4-6 years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails (ROR)Proficiency with SQL and database conceptsHands-on experience with version control systems, especially GitPractical expertise in front-end or back-end web developmentsuch as React, Java, Objective-C, C++, .NET, RESTful web services, API development, or PythonFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a teamDesire for continuous learning and improvementboth for yourself and your peersExcellent communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to team members and stakeholdersBonus PointsExperience with Snowflake, Airflow, or dbtExposure to AI/ML tooling such as LangChain or Hugging FaceWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
