We are hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a large-scale Mortgage Transformation Program with a leading financial services organization.This role requires a strong techno-functional BA who can work across business and engineering teams to deliver complex mortgage solutions in an agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document mortgage business requirementsTranslate requirements into functional and technical specificationsWork closely with development and QA teamsFacilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement workshopsSupport agile delivery (backlog, sprint planning, execution)Work with APIs, data flows, and system integrationsEnsure quality, traceability, and alignment of requirementsRequired Skills610 years of Business Analyst experienceStrong experience in Mortgage / Lending domainUnderstanding of mortgage lifecycle (origination, funding, validations)Knowledge of API specifications and integrationsStrong experience working with technical teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsSQL / Power BIBasic debugging or coding knowledgeFinancial Services or Insurance domain experienceThe Company offers a total rewards package in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and requirements.
