This role supports the digitization of existing conditions and the ongoing maintenance of BIM assets.The position ensures adherence to BIM standards and QA/QC practices, provides technical mentorship, and supports structured data handover for downstream systems and teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate Revit models and documentation aligned with company standardsEstablish and enforce BIM standards, including families, naming conventions, and data structuresLead model federation and coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplinesManage model exchanges with internal and external stakeholdersImplement and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Conduct model QA/QC checks and resolve performance or standards-related issuesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM techniciansSupport structured data handover for integration into facilities management systemsInterpret as-built documentation (CAD, PDF, point cloud, survey data)Document modeling assumptions and data confidence levelsGenerate drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM modelsImprove digital workflows and evaluate tools for automation and efficiencyManage file organization, schedules, and deliverables to meet deadlinesRequired Skills & Experience (Must-Have)46 years of BIM modeling/digital delivery experience in the AEC industryStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (especially as-built modeling)Experience applying BIM standards, BEPs, and QA/QC processesExperience mentoring or guiding junior BIM techniciansFamiliarity with ISO 19650 information management principlesExperience with enterprise facilities management data integrationSoft SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and time managementProactive, self-driven problem solverAbility to collaborate effectively across teamsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with 3D laser scanning and point cloud integration into RevitFamiliarity with Navisworks, Dynamo, and automation concepts
