We are currently seeking a Key Accounts Coordinator based out of our Vancouver office to support our Key Account Management team located in Western Canada. The OpportunityThe Key Accounts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting account execution, analysis, and customer collaboration. This position provides administrative and analytical support to Key Account Managers while also holding some account responsibility with Whole Foods Market.This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detaildriven professional who enjoys working with data, supporting sales teams, and contributing to strong customer outcomes in the CPG industry.Primary Duties:Support Key Account Managers with daytoday account operations Prepare customerspecific presentations, item maintenance forms, and promotional submissions Coordinate new product listings and delistings, including internal documentation and distribution Assist with promotional recaps for internal teams and external customers Analyze retailer POS and market data to support account strategy and execution Support customer strategy initiatives including assortment, pricing, promotion, and distribution for select accounts, including Whole Foods Market Collaborate with internal teams across regions to ensure consistency of processes, tools, and execution Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Contribute to the overall administrative operations of the Vancouver office Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards Act as an Indigo ambassador by representing our values and culture in all interactionsQualifications Education: Postsecondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience: 2-5 years in sales coordination, administration, or related CPG support rolesWorking knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience supporting Western Canadian retailers such as SaveOnFoods, London Drugs, and/or Whole Foods Market is a strong assetSkills & AttributesHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, selfmotivated problem solver Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Analytical mindset with confidence working with sales and POS dataCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive total rewards package designed to attract and retain top talent, including:Base salary range of $60,000-$70,000, commensurate with experienceAnnual performancebased bonusComprehensive health and dental benefitsPaid time off, including vacation and personal daysOngoing professional development and growth opportunitiesWhy Join Concord National LLP?At Concord National LLP, youll work with respected brands, collaborate with passionate teams, and make a meaningful impact in the Canadian food industry.
