JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is seeking a VoIP Integrator for a Montrealbased contact center and telecommunications firm known for delivering highquality customer experience solutions. In this role, youll support the integration and delivery of contact center projects by configuring solutions, executing integrated testing, validating customer requirements, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting continuous platform improvements. Youll work closely with technical leads and support teams across onsite, client, and remote environments, with exposure to platforms such as Genesys Cloud and other leading CCC solutions. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCETwo (2) years of experience in a CCC solution integration team (an asset);Knowledge of the Genesys cloud solution or other Call Center solution (Cisco Webex CC, Talkdesk, Five9);Good analytical skills;Basic computer skills; systems, networks and infrastructure;Interest in knowledge of customer relations professions;French and English read, written and spoken;Knowledge of software/web development is an asset.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Telecom or studies in related fields;NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, etc.).Certifications (CompTIA, Network+, CCNA, CCNP.)Compensation:$73,500 to $90,000Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
