We are seeking a Principal Engineer with deep technical expertise in rotating and thermal equipment to support complex oil and gas projects across the asset lifecycle. This role provides senior technical leadership, design authority, and engineering oversight for heat exchangers, compressors, and pumps, and serves as a key technical advisor to project, operations, and maintenance teams.The successful candidate will bring extensive industry experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to lead engineering decisions on highrisk, highvalue projects.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical authority for rotating and thermal equipment, including:Heat ExchangersCompressors (centrifugal and reciprocating)Pumps (API and nonAPI)Provide engineering leadership through all project phases including concept, FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational supportDevelop and review engineering deliverables such as specifications, datasheets, calculations, design reviews, and vendor packagesLead equipment selection, sizing, and performance evaluationProvide guidance on API, ASME, and industry codes and standardsSupport troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability improvementsReview vendor proposals and coordinate with suppliers and EPC partnersMentor and provide technical direction to intermediate and junior engineersSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and lifecycle reliabilityInterface with operations, maintenance, inspection, and project teams to ensure safe and efficient execution
