Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on-site in Saint-Laurent, QC. The Sales Administrator will support our Sales & Commercial Operations team by managing quotations, processing orders, maintaining customer and representative (REP) relationships, and supporting day-to-day sales administration activities.This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and understands the importance of teamwork and supporting all departments when needed. We value attitude over experience, the right candidate is reliable, responsible, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Daily responsibilities include:Preparing and managing quotations for customers and representatives (REPs)Following up with customers and REPs regarding quotes and inquiriesReceiving, reviewing, and processing purchase orders (POs)Entering and maintaining accurate information in internal systems (CRM/ERP)Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodationsSupporting sales reporting and administrative activitiesEnsuring timely and accurate documentation and communicationAssisting the sales team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer serviceQualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales administration or a similar roleStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience with order processingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksStrong sense of responsibility and accountabilityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProactive, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new tools and processesUnderstanding of teamwork and cross-departmental collaborationTechnical SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredExperience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or ERP tools an assetAbility to quickly learn new software and internal systemsKnowledge of sales processes and tools is a plusLanguage RequirementsFluency in both English and French is highly recommended
