We move fast, value professional excellence, and expect you to bring that same drive to the team every day.The RoleAs our VIP Host, You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our top players, driving engagement, and turning interactions into measurable business impact.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with our VIPs on a daily basis, via In-game, iMessages, FB Messenger, email and phone callsGet to know our players on an intimate level, their backgrounds, favorite pets, sports teams, music bands, and hobbiesMake your players feel valued, pampered, and eager to continue playing and engaging with our gamesKeep track of product development, new releases, and ongoing live operations (events) in the game - so you can relay that back to our playersGet closely acquainted with our and competitor games, play them regularly to understand our players' experienceAnalyze players behavior to identify playing patterns. This entails going through analytical reports from multiple sourcesEmpathetically listen to player challenges and solve discomforts in their experienceBe the voice of our players - collect and communicate their feedback to other teammatesRequirementsRelevant experience - 2 years as part of a VIP Hosts team - in iGaming, skill games or other RMG fields.
