IMPORTANT Read Before ApplyingThis is not an entry-level or training role.We are only considering candidates who can independently generate revenue and manage their own customers.Applicants without direct experience in freight forwarding sales will not be considered.About RRA Group Inc.RRA Group Inc. is an FMC-registered NVOCC with established global carrier relationships and a growing presence in North American freight forwarding.We are building a performance-driven sales team focused on real revenue growth not activity metrics.The RoleWe are hiring a high-performing Senior Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to develop and grow business across North American import and export lanes (Ocean, Air, Road, Rail).This is a pure sales role. You are responsible for building your pipeline, closing business, and managing your accounts.What You Will Be DoingProspect and acquire new B2B clients across North American import and export marketsBuild and manage your own book of businessSell multimodal freight solutions (Ocean FCL/LCL, Air, Road, Rail)Develop long-term relationships with shippers and import/export clientsStay informed on market conditions rates, port congestion, and trade lane shiftsWork closely with operations to ensure flawless shipment executionRequirements (Strict Must Meet)Minimum 3 years of direct freight forwarding or 3PL sales experienceProven track record of customer acquisition and consistent revenue generationSolid understanding of Incoterms, international shipping, and customs processesExperience selling Ocean (FCL/LCL), Air freight, and cross-border or domestic solutionsComfortable with cold calling, outreach, and full-cycle pipeline managementProficient with sales and prospecting tools (Apollo or equivalent CRM)Must be based in CanadaCandidates who have not directly generated new business will not be considered.Strong PreferenceExisting customer relationships or an active book of businessExperience in North America Asia trade lanesExposure to NVOCC or carrier-side sellingBilingualism in French and English (significant asset for the Canadian market)Performance ExpectationExpected to build and manage a revenue-generating book of business within 69 monthsGenerate consistent monthly revenue through new and existing accountsCompensationBase salary + uncapped commission structureTransparent commission structure tied directly to shipment profitabilitySignificant upside for strong producersWhy This Role Is DifferentSell under credibility: FMC-licensed NVOCC not a brokerage model.
