This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of subcontractors and on-site teams. Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project timelines and minimize delays. Ensure quality control, manage materials and equipment, and represent the company in client and stakeholder meetings. Maintain accurate site documentation and enforce safety protocols. Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 7 years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of industrial construction and concrete work is essential. Proven leadership skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work in team-oriented and remote environments are required. A valid driver license is mandatory, and trade certification is considered an asset.
