They will partner with Learning Consultants to prioritize plan and communicate with stakeholders. They will lead creation of high level program and project plans to support design, development, delivery, and implementation of instructor-led training materials, web-based learning solutions, or game-based learning in a matrix organization. Where needed, oversees one or more Level 1 PMs and internal and client status meetings. Creates and Reviews project schedules and budgets. Learning Solutions Managers will be expected to participate in the solutioning process by creating presentations and solution definitions. Key Tasks:Relationships - Establish, develop, and maintain effective relationships with applicable project stakeholders (e.g., project team members, team leads, internal customers, functional SMEs, business partners, leadership)Work with other Administrators in the team to support Admin tasks Monitor progress - Monitor and report progress throughout the project life cycle, using appropriate project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., dashboards, metrics). Identify and monitor for trends and adjust to meet project milestones.Leverage existing policies and processes to move project plans forward and drive toward agreed upon milestones.Identify causes of unexpected project outcomes and recommend appropriate resolutions.Define/implement appropriate actions to drive process improvement going forward (e.g., repeatable processes, feedback loops, cross-project improvement opportunities), ensure that new/revised business processes/procedures are documented/updated/approved, as needed. Communications This includes sending out reminders, and updates to participants and stakeholders.Schedule project events and meetings as needed, in collaboration with applicable stakeholders.Pull, manage, and leverage any available reporting or tracking tools to support project management efforts and deliverables.If external trainers or training vendors are involved, the Training Administrator liaises with them to ensure smooth collaboration.
