In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business objectives.Your primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and engagement.ResponsibilitiesAs an Aviation Technical Training & Development Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to overall organizational success.
