We work closely with dealers, designers, contractors, and commercial partners across Canada to provide innovative window covering systems for residential and commercial projects.We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Business Development & Territory Sales Representative to help expand our dealer network and support the growth of our existing partners.Role DescriptionThe Business Development & Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new dealer relationships, developing sales opportunities, and supporting existing accounts to drive revenue growth. This is a client-facing role that combines outside sales, relationship management, product education, and strategic business development.The ideal candidate is a personable, self-motivated, organized individual who is comfortable spending time on the road visiting clients, presenting products, and building long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and onboard new dealers, retailers, and commercial partnersConduct in-person sales visits, showroom presentations, and product demonstrationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer accountsSupport dealer sales teams through product training, sales tools, and ongoing account supportAssist dealers with project opportunities, quotations, and product recommendationsDevelop strategies to increase dealer engagement and sales performanceRepresent Sun Glow at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunitiesCoordinate with internal estimating, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project executionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedbackMaintain CRM records, sales activity reports, and pipeline trackingHelp grow Sun Glows presence in both residential and commercial marketsQualificationsPrevious experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or a related roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable building relationships and presenting to clients in personSelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage a sales territoryValid drivers license and willingness to travel regularlyExperience in window coverings, construction products, interior design, or building materials is considered an assetExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred
