Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant - REMOTEExperience: 712+ YearsRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise and solid functional understanding across Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, and Compensation modules. The candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Development & IntegrationDevelop and support HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.Build and maintain integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces.Configure and manage HDL/HSDL for bulk data processing.Develop Fast Formulas for Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.Create dashboards, custom reports, and automated notifications.Support inbound/outbound integrations between HCM Cloud and third-party systems.Perform configuration changes using Redwood UI / VB Studio.Functional & Domain ExpertiseProvide support across Core HR, Workforce Structures, and employee lifecycle processes.Work on Payroll configurations, including elements, costing, balances, and formulas.Support Recruitment (ORC) processes including requisitions and onboarding.Manage Learning modules (courses, offerings, approvals).Handle Compensation cycles, workforce plans, and budgeting processes.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in:HCM ExtractsOTBI & BI PublisherFast Formulas (Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Benefits)HDL / HSDLOIC / IntegrationsREST / SOAP APIsStrong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and XMLExperience in implementation, enhancements, and production supportGood functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, ORC, Learning, CompensationExperience Requirements712+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Technical + Functional exposure)
