In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by providing tailored personal insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and committed to maintaining high professional standards. The successful candidate must possess at minimum a Level 1 Insurance License. Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientsAssess and analyze clients insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverage solutionsMarket, negotiate, and place policies with a variety of insurance carriersEnsure all client records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to dateDeliver prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to support an outstanding client experienceSkills and Experience: Minimum Level 1 Insurance License (required)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with Applied Epic is considered an assetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to build trust and maintain client relationshipsSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelySolid understanding of personal insurance products and regulatory requirementsComfortable adapting to new technologies and systemsWhy Join Cherry Insurance?
