Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high impact auto reform initiatives within a complex, regulated insurance environment. If youve successfully delivered regulatory change programs and know how to translate policy into production systems, this role is built for you. About the RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, youll sit within the Operations function and own the end to end delivery of auto reform initiatives. This is a hands on role where youll bridge regulatory requirements and real system implementation, ensuring changes are successfully deployed within a Policy Administration System environment. Youll work across business and technology teams to drive execution from initial interpretation through go live and stabilization while keeping multiple workstreams aligned and on track. What Youll DoProject DeliveryLead full lifecycle delivery of auto reform initiatives from interpretation to implementation and stabilizationTranslate regulatory requirements into actionable system and operational changesManage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across concurrent projectsStakeholder ManagementPartner with business, compliance, underwriting, product, and IT teamsCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders and steering committeesAlign cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution in a regulated environmentSystems & ImplementationDrive changes within a Policy Administration System, including configuration, rates, rules, and workflowsCoordinate testing, training, and rollout activitiesEnsure successful deployment and post go live supportGovernance & ReportingMaintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reportingSupport governance processes and steering committee updatesMonitor project health and proactively address delivery risks What You Bring5+ years of Project Management experience in P&C insuranceProven experience delivering auto reform initiatives in Ontario and/or AlbertaStrong understanding of auto insurance regulatory environments (FSRA, AIRB, accident benefits, rate filings)Experience working with Policy Administration Systems (Majesco preferred)Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology teamsExperience managing vendors and cross-functional delivery teamsPMP or equivalent certification is an asset Why Join?Lead critical regulatory transformation initiativesWork at the intersection of business, technology, and complianceHigh visibility role with meaningful organizational impactCollaborative, fast-paced delivery environmentTarget Rate Expectation: 90-100/hour INC
