It is a high-standard environment designed around consistency, self-respect, and intentional living.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist at ALFA Club in Oakville, Ontario.This role is responsible for delivering a high-standard, detail-oriented member experience across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include managing member interactions, handling inquiries, supporting memberships, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring the space operates at a premium level daily.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a professional, welcoming, and high-standard member experienceManage inquiries, bookings, and membership supportMaintain a consistently clean, organized, and hygienic environment across all areas of the facilityPerform daily cleaning and upkeep tasks as part of maintaining ALFAs standardsSupport daily operations, including opening and closing proceduresAssist with membership sales and upselling servicesUphold ALFAs standards of discipline, punctuality, and presentationQualificationsStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to create a high-quality, consistent customer experienceProfessional phone etiquette and in-person communicationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentSales mindset and confidence in recommending servicesExperience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based environments is an assetMust be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a structured, in-person settingAdditional NotesThis role includes hands-on responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and organization. Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of the space and upholding high standards daily.This position is best suited for individuals who take pride in structure, consistency, and maintaining a high-level environment.Pay$18$22 per hour (based on experience)Additional tiered commission on membership salesMost team members earn between $3,200$4,500 per month, with top performers earning $4,500$5,200+ based on performance.
