This is a founding role.What that means for you:You own the Canadian territory from day one. You set the strategy, build the pipeline, and when revenue justifies it you hire your own team. No ceiling imposed by someone else's org chart.You will have the full backing of our certified Azure delivery team, Microsoft co-sell alignment, and a 24-year track record of enterprise client success so you walk into every meeting with credibility, not just a pitch deck.And you are selling what the Canadian market is actively buying right now: Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. The demand exists. You bring it home.You are the right person if: You bring a minimum of 7 years of technology sales experience, with a proven track record of closing enterprise or mid-market deals independently. You hunt. You do not wait for marketing to hand you leads. You have built pipeline from scratch before and you know exactly how to do it again. You are Azure-fluent. Fabric, Data Lakes, Agentic AI you speak the language without needing a script. You have an established network in the GTA / Toronto enterprise or mid-market technology ecosystem. You have closed deals with or alongside Microsoft Canada AEs and understand how to activate the Microsoft partner co-sell motion. You have carried and exceeded your quota and are ready to own a territory end-to-end.
