JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for the development and implementation of pricing goals, strategies, and tactics for all national client pricing initiatives within Adecco Canadas temporary, permanent and solutions businesses. Supports the sales team with all RFP and RFQ pricing requests. Produces financial reporting and analysis for quarterly, monthly and ad-hoc requirements to impact profitable growth and enhance margins while remaining competitive.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to support internal and external business reviews, commission calculation and to meet corporate reporting requirements.Creates proforma profit and loss statements for pricing analysis for client RFPs, RFQs and bids.Manages database of client sales and gross margin data, tracks monthly account performance against budget and analyzes profitability of current accounts. Communicates findings to leadership and other departments and provides recommendations to improve margins and remain competitive.Responsible for yield management of pricing to ensure recommendations are based on current financial numbers and market data.Continuously reviews and enhances current pricing and costing models on a national level, providing projections and recommendations on pricing and retention initiatives to increase margins.Researches and maintains a database of market data, client pricing history and competitor analysis.Collaborates with U.S. and global pricing teams on shared pricing requests and to develop pricing tools, models, strategies and best in class pricing practices to drive margin improvement.Deliver training as required on corporate pricing policies, goals, strategies, negotiations and recommendations.Develop new analytical approaches in meeting the companys reporting needs related to costing and pricing.Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Completion of post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent programPossess or pursing a CPA designation a strong assetA minimum of three (3) years of related experience, preferably within a sales or service environmentAdvanced Microsoft Office Excel skills and proficient in other MS office products including Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.Experience with Access an assetBEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:Demonstrates business professionalism, respect for confidentiality and experience handling sensitive information.Superior organization skills.
