Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Application Onboarding Analyst to support the integration of enterprise applications into Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms. This role involves close collaboration with cybersecurity, application teams, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end onboarding of enterprise applications into IAM platformsWork with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and ServiceNow for onboarding and access workflowsGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirementsDevelop access models including RBAC and entitlementsCollaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and application teamsEnsure adherence to organizational security policies and regulatory standardsIdentify and report potential security risksParticipate in testing phases including UAT and support implementation activitiesAnalyze existing onboarding processes and recommend improvementsProvide support on IAM-related requests and process optimizationRequired Skills & Experience25 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, specifically application onboardingHands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)Experience working with ServiceNow IAM workflows and request modelsStrong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder managementAbility to work cross-functionally with business and technical teamsStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial services or large enterprise environmentsExposure to Agile tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience with additional IAM tools such as CyberArk or Entra ID (Azure AD)Basic automation experienceStrong data analysis and reporting skillsThe Company offers a total rewards package in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and requirements.
