JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is seeking a Patent Engineer to join the R&D group at a major aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite. KEY RESPONSABILITIES:Conduct patent searches and extract findings/summaries. Work with experienced engineers and support technology harvesting for individuals and groupsAssist in raising invention disclosures for senior staff members Support invention disclosure reviews Make, refine, and update existing data visual tools - Participate, contribute, deliver presentations in EngineeringREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEPost-graduate degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering0-2 years of past internship or work experienceNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEFrench is an assetCompensation:$24.50/hr to $30.00/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
