Senior Concierge / Office CoordinatorLocation: Vancouver, BC (Onsite)Contract Duration: 16-Months Contract Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.Deliver a warm, professional welcome to employees, guests, and vendors, including wayfinding and office guidance.Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring reception and shared spaces are organized, clean, and presentable.Support workplace requests through Jira and internal systems, ensuring timely updates and resolution tracking.Conduct regular workplace inspections to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and overall office readiness.Submit and track maintenance, safety, and service tickets through completion.Coordinate mail, shipping, receiving, and package handling.Manage visitor access, badges, and check-in/check-out processes using visitor management systems.Support meeting room readiness and event logistics, including catering coordination and vendor alignment.Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, and Workplace Experience teams to ensure seamless operations.Coordinate with vendors and building management for service delivery and issue resolution.Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure workplace areas are fully stocked.Provide administrative support, including documentation, trackers, and reporting.Assist with basic procurement and financial tasks (order tracking, vendor confirmations, reconciliations).Participate in incident response and emergency procedures, including acting as a floor warden if required.Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and employee experience.Support special projects and additional workplace initiatives as needed.Required Qualifications35 years of experience in workplace experience, concierge, hospitality, office coordination, facilities support, or similar rolesProven experience in a client-facing environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results efficientlyExperience with Google Workspace or similar toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Jira, Confluence, visitor management systems, or CoupaBackground in hospitality, workplace services, or corporate office environments
