Qualifications: Experience 2+ years in business development or B2B sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong Communicator Skilled in negotiation and confident engaging with executives and decisionmakers. GoalOriented Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and eager to turn challenges into opportunities. Adaptable & Persuasive Able to communicate complex ideas clearly, tailoring your approach to different audiences. AgTech/Insurance Background (Nice to Have) Familiarity with agriculture, crop insurance, or SaaS sales is a strong asset.
