About the RoleTapMango is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our strategic partner ecosystem driving consistent referral flow from existing technology and POS partners while identifying, recruiting, and activating new partner channels, particularly ISOs (Independent Sales Organizations).This is a revenue-impacting role focused on building scalable partner-driven pipeline for a fast-growing SaaS company serving multi-location restaurants and retailers.Salary: CAD $120,000What You'll DoManage & Grow Existing Strategic PartnershipsOwn relationships with key platform partners including Toast, Square, Clover, Shopify, and othersDevelop strong relationships with partner relationship managers and regional sales leadersDrive consistent referral flow and identify new referral opportunities within each partner organizationMaintain technical alignment by building relationships with partner integration and product teamsEnsure TapMango integrations remain up to date, competitive, and well-positioned within partner ecosystemsTrack and report on partner-sourced leads, conversion rates, and revenueHunt & Activate New Lead-Producing PartnersIdentify, recruit, and onboard new ISO (Independent Sales Organization) partnersDevelop a repeatable outbound strategy to engage and sign new ISOsNegotiate and structure referral agreementsEnable new partners with positioning, sales materials, and ongoing supportBuild a predictable partner-sourced pipeline channel and monitor performanceWhat We're Looking For37+ years in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or related revenue rolesExperience working with POS platforms, payment processors, ISOs, or SaaS partner ecosystems preferredStrong relationship-building and communication skillsComfortable operating both strategically and tacticallyProven ability to source and close partner agreementsHighly organized with strong pipeline and reporting disciplineEntrepreneurial mindset comfortable building structure where none existsAbout TapMangoAt TapMango, we provide companies with one of the highest quality customer engagement platforms on the market.
