Elevate your career as a Contracting Administrator with insurance focus. Manage licensing and contracting inquiries while providing excellent customer service through various distribution channels. In this 6-month contract position, you will oversee the contracting and licensing process for producers and their management across Canada and the US. Your role will include processing applications, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with state and provincial laws. You will be pivotal in delivering exceptional support while maintaining service level standards and addressing inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage licensing for all distribution channels Process new contracting applications for producers and management Conduct background checks and follow up on requirements Respond to licensing inquiries via phone and email Track expiring licenses and provide timely notifications Requirements: Post-secondary diploma in a related field preferred Knowledge of life insurance contracting procedures Strong communication and multitasking skills Familiarity with Contracting Administration systems an asset Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure Utilize your expertise in managing contracting processes and contribute to a well-organized licensing environment within the insurance sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
