Cette personne est responsable de la coordination du remboursement et de laccs aux traitements en collaborant troitement avec les patients, les assureurs, les pharmacies, les mdecins et dautres professionnels de la sant. Dans ce rle, vous grerez les dossiers patients de bout en bout, soutiendrez les dmarches de vrification de la couverture dassurance, faciliterez laccs laide financire et veillerez ce que les patients aient accs en temps opportun aux thrapies prescrites. Vos responsabilits Inscrire les patients aux programmes de soutien aux patients de faon rapide et prcise Grer les dossiers de remboursement de la rception initiale jusqu laccs au traitement Assurer le suivi proactif des dossiers patients afin que les renouvellements et la couverture continue soient traits dans les dlais requis Communiquer avec les patients, les assureurs (publics et privs) et les mdecins prescripteurs afin dobtenir la documentation ncessaire au remboursement Effectuer des valuations financires pour dterminer ladmissibilit des patients aux programmes daide Explorer les options de couverture et procder aux escalades auprs des employeurs ou des payeurs, au besoin Collaborer avec les pharmacies spcialises et de dtail afin dassurer un accs rapide aux mdicaments Agir titre de personneressource principale pour les patients et les professionnels de la sant concernant les questions lies au remboursement et aux programmes Traiter et grer la documentation de soutien, y compris les rsultats de laboratoire, les rapports de perfusion et les dossiers de quotesparts Recevoir, documenter et dclarer les vnements indsirables conformment aux exigences des fabricants pharmaceutiques et aux lignes directrices des programmes Rpondre aux demandes entrantes et sortantes des patients et des parties prenantes par tlphone, courriel et tlcopieur Maintenir les niveaux de service tablis, incluant les dlais de rponse, les dlais de traitement des dossiers et les exigences en matire de rapports Effectuer une saisie de donnes prcise et maintenir jour les dossiers patients dans les systmes internes Exigences de base Diplme dtudes secondaires ou quivalent Minimum de 3 ans dexprience pertinente dans un environnement de soins de sant, pharmaceutique, dassurance ou de soutien aux patients Bilinguisme franaisanglais ( loral et lcrit) obligatoire Comptences et exprience privilgies Exprience au sein de programmes de soutien aux patients, en pharmacie spcialise ou en remboursement pharmaceutique Exprience pralable avec les assureurs publics et privs au Canada Excellentes aptitudes en service la clientle et en gestion de dossiers Capacit travailler dans un environnement de centre de contact ou volume lev Matrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) et des systmes de gestion de cas Excellentes comptences organisationnelles et grand souci du dtail Capacit grer plusieurs priorits tout en faisant preuve dempathie et de professionnalisme Environnement et horaires de travail Ce poste sexerce dans un environnement de centre de contact Les heures douverture sont du lundi au vendredi, entre 8 h et 20 h, avec une flexibilit pour travailler selon des horaires rotatifs ou variables Aucun dplacement ni exigence de manutention physique About the Role The Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting patients enrolled in McKesson Specialty patient support programs. This individual is responsible for coordinating reimbursement and access to treatment by working closely with patients, insurers, pharmacies, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. In this role, you will manage patient cases endtoend, support insurance coverage investigations, facilitate financial assistance, and ensure timely access to prescribed therapies. What Youll Do Enroll patients into patient support programs in a timely and accurate manner Manage reimbursement cases from intake through treatment access Proactively monitor patient files to ensure renewals and ongoing coverage are completed on time Liaise with patients, insurers (public and private), and prescribing physicians to obtain required documentation for reimbursement Conduct financial assessments to determine patient eligibility for assistance programs Explore coverage options and escalate to employers or payers when required Coordinate with specialty and retail pharmacies to ensure timely access to medication Serve as a key point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals regarding reimbursement and programrelated inquiries Process and manage supporting documentation, including lab results, infusion reports, and copay records Receive, document, and report adverse events in accordance with pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements and program guidelines Respond to inbound and outbound patient and stakeholder inquiries via phone, email, and fax Maintain servicelevel expectations, including response times, case turnaround, and reporting requirements Complete accurate data entry and maintain patient records in internal systems Basic Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, or patient support environment. Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) required Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in patient support programs, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceutical reimbursement Prior experience working with public and private insurers in Canada Strong customer service and case management skills Ability to work in a contactcentre or highvolume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and case management systems Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining empathy and professionalism Work Environment & Schedule This role operates in a contactcentre environment. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, between 8:00a.m. and 8:00p.m., with flexibility to work rotating or varied shifts. No travel or physical lifting requirements.
