The Manager of Operations & Business Analytics role leverages data and analytics to support operational performance, improve franchisee profitability, and guide decisionmaking across the Canadian business. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, is naturally curious, and enjoys using data to solve complex business problems in partnership with Operations and crossfunctional teams.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Field Operations to evaluate performance trends and provide actionable insights that support market growth, sales, traffic, productivity, and profitabilityBuild and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, and tools that streamline analysis and improve visibility into business performanceProvide partial analytical support to Marketing, including KPI tracking, campaign performance reporting, and marketlevel insights to support strategyCollaborate crossfunctionally across Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance to align on KPIs, ensure data consistency, and support decisionmakingSupport test markets and pilots through data collection, forecasting, pre/post test analysis, and recommendations that inform national launch decisionsContribute to data quality, process improvements, and analytics best practices across the organizationCollaborate with Global partners to share learnings and best practicesProvide adhoc decisionsupport to business leaders as neededQualificationsBachelors degree in Analytics, Business, Math, Statistics or related field required.3-5 years of experience in analytics, business insights, or business intelligencepreferably in consumer-facing, retail, or multi-unit businessesAdvanced ability in SQL and Excel are required; proficiency with BI tools like Alteryx and Tableau, as well as statistical programs like R and Python are considered an assetStrong business and data analytics acumen with the ability to simplify complex data into clear business outcomesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to operate in a fastpaced and dynamic environmentStrong relationshipbuilding and influencing skillsExperience in QSR, retail, or multiunit environments considered an assetInterpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to workLanguage requirements: Fluent in English any additional language a plus.What do we Offer?Pension/401K/RSP (country specific)Competitive BonusTuition ReimbursementCompany HolidaysVolunteering timeAnd Many More..Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $90,600 $113,200 CAD annuallyPay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
