Lead the OMNI area at Walmart in Slave Lake, AB, ensuring exemplary customer service and efficient task completion. Your role will focus on helping customers and managing the OMNI team effectively. As a Department Manager, you will closely partner with the OMNI Assistant Manager to oversee operations. Your responsibilities will include directing staff, promoting excellent customer experience, and ensuring effective merchandise organization. You will also monitor key performance metrics and train team members to elevate their skills and service quality.
