Position CNC Programmer supporting engineering and fabrication departments with technical expertise in CNC programming, manufacturing processes, and production efficiencies. Hours of Work MonThurs 8am 5pm, Fri 8am12pm Benefits Competitive compensation plan, full health benefits, and RRSP matching. Responsibilities - Program a variety of machines including Amada Turret punches (EMK 3612), Amada Ensis Laser, Flow Waterjet (single/double head) - Interpret mechanical design drawings and specifications - Apply machine tooling selections to manufacture parts most costeffective - Design and request procurement of tools as necessary - Prepare detailed standardized work instructions and setup sheets - Utilize software and experience to continuously improve run time and programming time - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements and Skills - Experience with CNC programming and relevant machine tools as above - Strong interpretation of mechanical drawings - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling - Ability to create work instructions and setup sheets - Experience improving run times through programming and software - Good communication and teamwork skills Commitment to Diversity Power Bus Way Ltd. is proud equalopportunity employer and celebrates diversity.
