Position Description Oversees daily operations, coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks while directing the team to meet production goals and safety standards Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with company policies. Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure timely, accurate orders. Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure proper storage. Safely operate and train others on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Complete shift reports, documenting production delays, damages, or shortages. Perform daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections as required Maintaining a clean and organized area, including proper disposal of waste Follow all safety protocols and adhere company policies and procedures Supervise and monitor incoming delivery trucks. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Take part in Monthly & Year End inventory counts. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Report any discrepancies. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. Qualifications Ideal candidate must have: At least 5 years experience in Warehouse - Manufacturing set up. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, and develop teams. Attention to detail, ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Physically capable of performing all work-related task and assignments. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
