Ce poste englobe lensemble du cycle de vente, y compris la qualification des prospects, la dcouverte, les dmonstrations de produits, la ngociation et la conclusion. Le titulaire du poste travaille en troite collaboration avec les quipes charges des produits, des aspects techniques et de la goconsultation afin de sassurer que les solutions rpondent aux besoins des clients et apportent une valeur commerciale mesurable.Le charg de compte volue dans un environnement dynamique et ax sur la croissance. Il doit faire preuve dun haut degr dautonomie, dadaptabilit et de rigueur commerciale. Ses performances sont values en fonction du taux de conversion du pipeline, de la croissance du chiffre daffaires et de lengagement durable des clients.Responsabilits spcifiquesGrer lensemble du cycle de vente SaaS, depuis la qualification initiale jusqu la signature du contrat.Travailler avec les reprsentants du dveloppement commercial et les reprsentants du dveloppement des affaires pour grer et convertir les prospects tout au long du processus de vente.Mener des discussions consultatives afin de comprendre les flux de travail, les exigences techniques et les facteurs dcisionnels des clients.Raliser des dmonstrations de produits et des prsentations de solutions, en coordonnant le soutien des quipes techniques et de conseil selon les besoins.Construire, maintenir et faire progresser un pipeline de ventes qualifi align sur les objectifs de revenus rgionaux.Utiliser les systmes CRM pour suivre les interactions avec les clients, la progression des prospects, la valeur des transactions, les prvisions et les indicateurs de performance.Collaborer avec la gestion des produits pour communiquer les commentaires des clients, les exigences du march et les informations sur la concurrence.Coordonner avec les spcialistes en goconsulting et les spcialistes techniques lors dengagements commerciaux complexes ou caractre technique.Soutenir le transfert structur vers les quipes dintgration et de livraison afin dassurer la continuit entre la vente et ladoption.Maintenir un engagement proactif avec les prospects et les clients afin de favoriser les renouvellements, les extensions et les relations long terme.Surveiller et amliorer les indicateurs cls de performance commerciale, notamment les taux de conversion, la vitesse des transactions et lengagement des clients.Se tenir inform des tendances du secteur, des offres des concurrents et des technologies mergentes pertinentes pour les logiciels de goanalyse.Autres tches assignes.Connaissances, comptences et aptitudes requisesExprience avre dans la vente de logiciels SaaS ou B2B cycle complet.Solides comptences en vente consultative et capacit dialoguer avec les parties prenantes techniques et commerciales.Une exprience ou un emploi dans lindustrie minire est trs souhaitable.Matrise de la gestion du pipeline de ventes et du suivi des performances laide dun logiciel CRM.Solides comptences en communication crite et orale.Esprit analytique et commercial, avec la capacit didentifier et de dvelopper des opportunits de revenus.Motiv, ax sur les rsultats et capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement en constante volution et au rythme soutenu.Qualifications requisesAu moins 3 ans dexprience dans la vente de logiciels SaaS ou B2B avec des rsultats avrs en matire de gnration de revenus.Exprience avre dans la vente et la gnration de prospects, de prfrence dans le domaine des logiciels.Matrise du franais et de langlais un niveau professionnel.Exprience dans lutilisation de logiciels CRM (Hubspot de prfrence).Exigences physiquesCapacit rester assis un bureau et effectuer des tches administratives gnrales, ce qui implique des responsabilits sdentaires priodiques ;Capacit utiliser et regarder un cran dordinateur jusqu 8 heures par jour ;Capacit communiquer par tlphone et par e-mail sans assistance.Nos avantagesUn salaire annuel estim entre 80 000 et 105 000 dollars canadiens au moment de la publication. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. The position works closely with Product, Technical, and Geoconsulting teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and deliver measurable business value.The Account Executive operates in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, adaptability, and commercial discipline. Performance is measured through pipeline conversion, revenue growth, and sustained customer engagement.Specific Responsibilities / Responsabilits spcifiquesOwn and manage a full SaaS sales cycle from initial qualification through contract execution.Work with Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives to manage and convert leads through the sales pipelineConduct consultative discovery discussions to understand client workflows, technical requirements, and decision drivers.Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations, coordinating support from technical and consulting teams as required.Build, maintain, and advance a qualified sales pipeline aligned with regional revenue objectives.Use CRM systems to track client interactions, lead progression, deal values, forecasts, and performance metrics.Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer feedback, market requirements, and competitive insights.Coordinate with Geoconsulting and technical specialists during complex or technically driven sales engagements.Support structured handoff to onboarding and delivery teams to ensure continuity from sale to adoption.Maintain proactive engagement with prospects and clients to support renewals, expansions, and long-term relationships.Monitor and improve key sales performance indicators including conversion rates, deal velocity, and customer engagement.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to Geoanalytics software.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProven experience in full-cycle SaaS or B2B software sales.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.Exposure or employment in the mining industry is very desirable.Proficiency in sales pipeline management and performance tracking using CRM software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to identify and progress revenue opportunities.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B software sales with demonstrated success in revenue generation.Demonstrated experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in software.Business level in French and English.Experience using CRM software (Hubspot preferred).Physical DemandsAbility to sit at a desk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities;Ability to use and view a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day;Ability to communicate via telephone and e-mail without assistance.Our benefitsAn estimated annual salary between $80,000 - 105,000 CAD at the time of posting.
