Our team works closely with clients to deliver engineered solutions that improve project efficiency and long-term system performance. About the Role We are hiring a Commercial Solar Account Manager to support and grow our customer base across Canada and the United States. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and motivated to grow in technical sales, with the ability to manage client relationships while working closely with internal teams. What Youll Be Responsible For Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and new accounts Support the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, quoting, and deal coordination Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver proposals and project support Maintain accurate tracking of opportunities, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce Identify new opportunities through outreach, referrals, and industry engagement Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Support trade shows, marketing initiatives, and industry events Stay up to date on solar market trends, incentives, and product developments Travel 30% of the time between Canada and the United States What Were Looking For 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines Interest in solar, construction, or technical products Collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail Nice to Have Experience in the solar or construction industry Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) Technical or engineering background Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 $180,000+ CAD (uncapped commission) Compensation is structured to reward revenue and margin performance, with significant upside for high performers.
